Dear Students, Congratulations on joining the MVGI family.
On behalf of the College, I welcome you to all,
a place where we celebrate youth and excellence and
attempt to transform young persons into adults with a
sense of social responsibility, human values and concern
for environment. We not only strive to train the
students to become excellent scientists, technologists,
thinkers and leaders of the society, but also help them
mould themselves into better human beings.
As a student of MVGI, you will be at the Centre of
everything we do. At MVGI, academics & activities
never end. We envision to provide a happy &
purposeful atmosphere where students can feel safe,
valued & can flourish and be tomorrow's leaders.

About Dr. M.K. Sharma
Dr. M.K. Sharma, a Brilliant Professor of Mechanical
Engineering, has been a believer and achiever always.
He completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from
'Jamia Milia Islamia University', New Delhi,
M.Tech. from I.I.T. Roorkee. He has a Ph.D. in
Mechanical Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical
University, Dehradun.
He has strong and enriched industrial experience
to his credit. He has been Assistant Professor,
Associate Professor, Professor , Head in Department
of Mechanical Engineering and served as Director
in some of the premier institutes. He has published
many papers in National & International
Journals of repute. He has been on Editorial
Boards and Review Committees for several journals
and conferences.
Dr. M.K. Sharma has been coauthored of a book
entitled "Surface Engineering and Surface Tribology".
A keen Academician and visionary, he has a strong
penchant for all around development of students.
A genuine blend of confident outlook and humane
understanding, he is working hard to give students a
better future.
